Hi,

thanks guys. I just tried to get a PDF/RealURL link to work for two 
hours. If I wouldn`t have found this mail, I would still be searching 
for a solution.

if you click on the powermail extension in the extension manger you`ll 
find a checkbox to disable the automatic RealURL configuration. After 
this, everything works as expected.
