Jana Golinowski solved the problem - respect!

It is necessary to add these lines:

tt_content.text.20.parseFunc.externalBlocks {
     ul.stdWrap.parseFunc.tags.link.typolink.wrap = <span
class="red">&#x007c;</span> | <span class="red">&#x007c;</span>
     ol.stdWrap.parseFunc.tags.link.typolink.wrap = <span
class="red">&#x007c;</span> | <span class="red">&#x007c;</span>
}

Even shorter:

lib.parseFunc_RTE.tags.link.typolink.wrap = <span
class="red">&#x007c;</span> | <span class="red">&#x007c;</span>
lib.parseFunc.tags.link.typolink.wrap = <span
class="red">&#x007c;</span> | <span class="red">&#x007c;</span>

Regards & thanks to all,
Robert
