[TYPO3-english] cooluri is not working inside subfolder.

This means that CoolUri's 404 handling is not to show 404 page, but to 
redirect to the given page. Thus, the 404 is from Apache, which means 
your rewrite rules are not correct.

You mean there are no links when you click "All" ?
