[TYPO3-english] Non admin user unable to edit FCE

Dear list,

I'm facing problems with the permissons of Flexible Content Elements for normal BE users.

Typo3 Version:	4.2.10
TV Version:		1.4.1

"Normal" BE users are not able to edit the content of a FCE. This happens in both the Live and the Draft workspaces (custom ones).

I  get the following error message:

Sorry you didn't have the proper permissions to perform this change.
Reason: You have no access to data structure of this record.

This happens to all users as long they are no admins.

I granted all rights which could have to do anything with Data Structure of Content Elements.
But apparently I missed the right one.

The following rights are granted (as suggested in the following thread: http://lists.typo3.org/pipermail/typo3-english/2007-June/040085.html):

Access: 		Full access to the user and group of the page
Workspace:		Users and group are members, reviewers or owners of the workspace.
Group Access Lists:	
-> Tables (modify):
   Page, Pagecontent, Templavoila Template Object, Templavoila Data Structure
-> Allowed exclude fields:
   Page: Page Template Structure, Use Template Design 
   Pagecontent: Type, Data Structure, Template Object, Content, Plug-In Template Object
   Templavoila Data Structure: Data Structure, Category

I even can create a content element of type FCE but as soon it is created I can't edit it anymore.	

Can anybody give me a hint what rights to grant that a BE user can edit FCE's?
