[TYPO3-english] Remove the target attribute from a-tag

Dear list,

Want i to remove the target attribute from the a-tag.

Sofar i tried to use fixAttrib.target.unset=1 for that but i can't get  
it to work.

I searched the list and the net but didn't find a solution (yet).

Anybody knows if this is possible and how?
