[TYPO3-english] New versions of pagepath and dd_googlesitemap

Hi!

These two extensions are finally updated for 4.3 and sent to TER. There 
are also bug fixes. In particular dd_googlesitemap now uses new Google 
news format and shows pages under shortcuts.
