[TYPO3-english] Redirect index.html

Hi Sergio,

this should normally work by adding 'index.html' to the 'DirectoryIndex' 
directive of your web server. See 
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/1.3/mod/mod_dir.html
In TYPO3, you then need to set the Alias field of your root page to 'index'.
