[TYPO3-english] RealURL - Exclude From Speaking URL Option - AmI misunderstanding?

Maybe have a look at this extension:

aoe_realurlpath


I think it might fit the bill and gives you very good control.
Just note that the extra fields/ buttons may show up in the extended tabs of 
the dialog, not near the RealURL config...
