[TYPO3-english] Typo3 4.3.1 template setup field truncated

Hello list,

I upgraded to typo3 4.3.1 and am having problems. When I edit the setup field of my template record in the backend the data is truncated and some lines are cut off.
Currently my template is about 2246 lines long (65.633 chars.). When I copy and paste into the setup field I get 2203 lines 63.333 chars.

Is this error only in my installation or can someone confirm this?
