[TYPO3-english] Backend user can't choose files

I have made an user group and in Modules I have highlighted Files and 
Files>Filelist

But when the user logs in the Files sektion doen't show up in the left 
menu in the backend.

Are there enything else I should give access to.

I have made several BE users in a lot of TYPO3 installations. I can't 
figure out why it doesn't work this time.
