[TYPO3-english] icebox probem

I guess I found the reason:
It seems as if t3lib_extMgm::addPItoST43() doesn't work as expected with the
new 4.3.0 templating.
So adding the lines

includeLibs {
  tx_icebox_renderer = EXT:icebox/inc/class.tx_icebox_renderer.php
  tx_icefront_renderengine =
EXT:icefront/inc/class.tx_icefront_renderengine.php
  tx_iceflavor = EXT:iceflavor/inc/class.tx_iceflavor.php
}

Should bring your icepack based elements back.

Will update the extensions in the TER immediately!
