[TYPO3-english] Problem with CoolURI and Calendar Base (cal)

Hi,

I set up a calendar with Calendar Base (cal) on a site with CoolURI.

After adjusting CoolUriConf.xml nearly everything works, except the
event view, because the link for the event-view is broken.

The link with CoolURI disabled is:

I guess this is a bug somewhere in TYPO3 or CoolURI. I assume that the
problem is triggered by the %7C statement in the original link.

Can anyone help me?
