[TYPO3-english] Real URL conditions

Hi,
I want to use the conditions with RealURL.
I tried this configuration:
config.simulateStaticDocuments = 0
[IP = 192.168.1..*]
config.baseUrl = http://192.168.1.9/
[else]
config.baseUrl = http://www.mysite.net/
[global]
config.tx_realurl_enable = 1
config.prefixLocalAnchors = all

but does not work.
Where am I wrong?
