The mailheaders of your first message with subject "Change label in 
filelinks" contain:

This indicates that you "started" your thread by replying to another 
message (subject: "Re:[TYPO3-english] Realurl problems" by Dmitry 
Dulepov, dated 2010-2-2 9:12).
Decent mail clients and newsreaders can show e-mails and usenet threads 
as conversations. By starting a "new" thread by replying to another 
message your "new" threads gets hidden in the old thread.

People who have marked a thread as 'interesting' will be annoyed because 
they see postings which have nothing to do with the original subject.
It is also less likely that others who didn't find the original subject 
interesting pick up your new questions because it is hidden inside that 
other thread.
