[TYPO3-english] Typo3 Modules Menu

I want to place a main module "Global Site Admin" just after "web" or "file"
module.
Is there any way to set the position of the main module within left modules
menu??? t3lib_extMgm::addModule('txglobalsiteadminM1', '', 'after:web',
t3lib_extMgm::extPath($_EXTKEY) . 'mod1/'); does not work with main
modules....
