[TYPO3-english] phpmyadmin. Path issue?

Hello

I have installed the phpmyadmin extension (phpMyAdmin phpmyadmin 4.9.0);
I see the BE module but I get the error msg:
'The requested
URL /T/dummy-4.4.4/typo3/ext/phpmyadmin/res/phpMyAdmin-3.3.5.1-all-languages/index.php was not found on this server.'

I can see phpmyadmin ver weel at the url 
http://my-ip/~myId/T/dummy-4.4.4/typo3/ext/phpmyadmin/res/phpMyAdmin-3.3.5.1-all-languages/index.php

Is it a path issue? or what else?
I looked at bugs.typo3.org, but it do not find exactly the same issue.
Any advise is very welcome.
