[TYPO3-english] Upload a File

Hello everybody:
I use the frontend in order to upload files. When I use the frontend to
upload files, a window appears where are listed all the files contanied in
folders and sibfolders from fileadmin. The list is an unstructured list. Is
only one plain list. I think it would be organized by a treelist. May be I
have something wrong?
Anyone knows if it's normally?
How can I upload a file from frontend to an specific folder?
