[TYPO3-english] BE file modul (DAM)

Hi. I have 2 questions.

1. Is it possible to move directories/files inside file module (dam)?
2. Is it possible to exclude some directory from showing up in the file 
mount? Suppose i have this structure:

-> Root
     -> Dir1
     -> Dir2
     -> Dir3
     ......

and file mount points to Root. Now i want to exclude for example Dir1 from 
showing up in that file mount. THX!
