[TYPO3-english] Browserfix für CE für Texelement mit Bild links

Hello,

my problem is the following browser fix which is integrated in all 
versions of setup.txt of css_styled_content 1.0.0.

.csc-textpic-intext-left ol, .csc-textpic-intext-left ul {padding-left: 
40px; overflow: auto; height: 1%; }

Because of this fix, in detail "height: 1%";,  lists in content elements 
with picture on the left and text right are not shown in Safari and 
Chrome. 

Are there any reasons to keep this fix?
