[TYPO3-english] Exclude pages from RealURL path not working any more

In my case it was like this:

Root page (shortcut to Home)
.+- Home (excluded)
..+- Subpage 1
..+- Subpage 2

I worked around the problem by restructuring the tree and moving the 
subpages one level up, now they are directly below the root page and on 
the same level as Home.
