[TYPO3-english] 4.2.8 RTE Link Problem.

Hello again.

Our base Chmod was 775 for dirs 664 for files.
Current setup does not have any apache aliases in one site config.

I remove ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL.

Problem still continues.

can u detail securization of typo3 ? Maybe I miss someting.
