You know the difference between these variables?

$ GLOBALS [ 'TSFE'] -> renderCharset
$ GLOBALS [ 'TSFE'] -> defaultCharSet
$ GLOBALS [ 'TSFE'] -> metaCharset
$ GLOBALS [ 'TSFE'] -> localeCharset
