[TYPO3-english] Multilanguage site "one-tree-fits-all-languages" concept

Hello,
Do you know if this concept is still good if I'm using RealURL, I understood
that the language is determined from the link with the variable L = x, but
my links are speaking URLs
e.g www.testsite.com/cheap-services/
http://typo3.org/1220.0.html
I don't want to use the "Two-Tree" concept because I have many pages.
