Indexed search works inside TYPO3 while external search engines work outside. Therefore indexed search is able to fake FE user group while none of external search engines can do it and have the same URL in the search results.

Mnogosearch has two ways to index documents: using HTML (indexes content only, skips menu and the rest of repeating parts) and records (like tt_news or FAQ).
