[TYPO3-english] Use TYPO3 from another script

Just today I saw an awesome presentation by two guys from naw.info at T3CON. They built a webservice for TYPO3 that allows you to import/export data between TYPO3 and other systems. It's very new and may not even be in TER yet, but it might be useful to you:

Hello list,

I have a non TYPO3 (but written on PHP) and a TYPO3 site. Now I need some
parts of TYPO3 site, like header with menu and footer to be included inside
non TYPO3 site.

Is it possible to just include index.php (or some othere files) into my
other site, do some configuration/preparation and receive html, or part of
it in responce?

For example I will need JavaScript includes, and part of the html insid
body, but for non default settings, like it was a request to url
http://example.com?type=3&id=5&...

Is there any API to load TYPO3 from another script? Or, maybe, there is
another solution for my problem?
