[TYPO3-english] RealURL/aoe_realurlpath problems: broken links, incorrect news id-s

Hello! Special hello to Dmitry and Daniel!

I have problems with RealURL and multisite installation:
1. Several pages from time to time return 404. Problem can be solved
with clear RealURL cache, but after sometime (cache expire?) they become
unavailable again.
2. News links (single view) shows news with different id (315 shows 305,
etc.). Clear FE-cache solves problems for next time.

I have multisite installation and aoe_realurlpath installed (I need
exclude some folders/pages from path).

Any solutions?
