[TYPO3-english] question about lib and temp

I (almost) always use lib because then I can browser the lib with object  
browser.

Additionally the new t3editor as code completion which properly doesn't  
work with temp

IMO, you can use whatever you prefer as long as you do not run into  
performance issues, but this is another lever :)
