[TYPO3-english] Inline CSS in RTE?

I should add to this.  I have access to a Typo3 site where CSS styles  
are set up in the Text: menu.  AFter digging through all the TScript  
and everywhere I can think to look I find nothing the resembles any of  
the TScript suggested in German.  Where's it hiding?
