[TYPO3-english] Allow .flv for CE "multimedia"?

Hi Andreas,

Thanks for your reply but was not looking for an extension. Just would 
like to change the allowed file-extensions with Content Element 
"Multimedia" with some TS or setting in localconf.php.

If you have any ideas on that, please let me know.
