[TYPO3-english] restricted pages and realurl

Hi,

I have a strange problem with restricted pages and realurl (at least 
when I disable it everything works).

There's a page "extra" that's restricted (include subpages on) for a 
fegroup and even when logged in the page doesn't open; the address 
/extra doesn't appear. The page is visual in the menu and sitemap.

I tried also a shortcut to the "extra" page, no help (no address and 
thus no page). Even after I changed the page to a normal, non restricted 
page, it doesn't show up anymore.

So it sounds it's stuck in some cache - and I have cleared all cache, 
done the Web/Info/Speaking Url Management and deleted all pagepaths.

What am I missing here.. where can I completely clear all pagepath 
related cache?

And another question; realurl should work with restricted pages right? 
So any malfunction is probably bad configuration (any hints on this also 
very much appreciated)

BTW I also got this once (only) when clicking sitemap page, don't know 
though if this has anything to do with anything:
