Who's rude? :) It is about being serious about the job. If I were to search for Joomla people, I would at least check that Joomla is spelled like this and not like I want it. He did not even check how to spell TYPO3 but he calls himself a "product placement specialist". This does not look like any kind of "specialist" to me.
