[TYPO3-english] hover over menu item without being a link

I am interested in having my second menu level appear when I hover over
first level menu items  - but, I don't -always- want that menu item to be a
link.

On my working example at;

http://d.3s1.com

I want to hover over "Markets" and have the links appear, but I don't 
want "Markets" itself to be a link (step 1) but I -do- want the menu
item before (Revolving Stages) to be a working link (step 2)

Any pointers would be helpful. Thanks -
