yes you can.

i'd use something like this:


 lib.mymenu = HMENU
     lib.mymenu.entryLevel = 2
     lib.mymenu.wrap = <ul> | </ul>
     lib.mymenu.1 = TMENU
     lib.mymenu.1 {
          NO.allWrap =  <li> | </li>
                  ACT = 1
                  ACT.allWrap.cObject = CASE
 		  ACT.allWrap.cObject{
 		  	key = doktype
			default = TEXT
			default.value =  <li class='active'> | </li>

			4 = TEXT
			4.value = <li class='shortcut'> | </li>
				
		  }

     }
