[TYPO3-english] Check if an area doesn't contain elements

I have 3 "areas" in the bottom of my page. Thay are made with 
TemplaVoila and they are used to contain all regular elements that u can 
make in TYPO3.

I can refer to them as lib.element1, element2 and element3

Was that enough?
