feeditadvanced is not included in 4.3 RC1 so you have to install it as regular 3rd party extension. unfortunatelly it's not available in TER yet. I think you should download it directly from SVN: https://svn.typo3.org/TYPO3v4/CoreProjects/feedit to typo3conf/ext/feeditadvanced
