[TYPO3-english] How to check if menu have content and remove the link for it if it haven't content

Hi,

I need to remove links for the menus witch haven't content yet. Is it 
possible to do this?
I can use doNotLinkIt for removing of the links, but how to loop each 
menu point and check if it have or no content in it? Please help....
