[TYPO3-english] backend menu not working

Hi list,

I am trying to get an install working on IIS6, mysql 4.1, php5.2 and 
TYPO3 4.2.9.
We managed to get around some issues, but now are stuck on links in the 
backend that do not work.

When clicking a module, the module frame reloads, but the right frame doesn't.

Any clue?

PS I am aware this is should be posted in the install.windows group - 
which it is as well. This list is more actively read though... so I 
hope to have some solutions faster ;-)
