[TYPO3-english] Cooluri & Rss links

It need it's own configuration? Where do i set it?
Currently i have the following ts configuration on the root page:
....
page.config.simulateStaticDocuments = 0
page.config.tx_cooluri_enable = 1
page.config.baseURL = http://xxxxxxxxx
page.config.redirectOldLinksToNew = 1
....
And this is the part relative to rss configuration on the news page:
xmlnews = PAGE
  xmlnews {
  typeNum = 100
  10 >
  10 < plugin.tt_news
  10.pid_list >
  10.pid_list = 24
  10.singlePid = 112
  10.defaultCode = XML
  config {
  disableAllHeaderCode = 1
