[TYPO3-english] Mailformplus stopped sending emails

Encountering a similar problem.  Have been using mailformplus for some 
time before getting this error.

It only appears to happen to a few select clients, and I still haven't 
narrowed down all variables contributing to the problem.  Difference in 
my case is that user information does not get to the database.  Upon 
submitting the form, the user is redirected to the same page with the 
form not displayed rather than the redirect page.

Will keep investigating.
