[TYPO3-english] Sorry, you didn't have proper permissions to perform this change

in frontend everything looks normal, as we also have german language
contents - they are also shown properly. problem is only in adding new
contents.
i have *[forceCharset] = utf-8* from beginning.

on trying adding new page following error comes:
*Errors:* 2: SQL error: 'Field 'tx_templavoila_flex' doesn't have a default
value' (pages:NEW49cb7477b4739)

any suggestions?
