[TYPO3-english] rlmp_language detection and 200 redirect

no, i dont mean 301, 302

I mean:
HTTP status code: (200) ok
either http://www.mydomain.com/home is not redirecting to any URL or the
redirect is NOT SEARCH ENGINE FRIENDLY.

my problem is very simple why http://www.mydomain.com/home is in index
instead of http://www.mydomain.com/en/home ?
