[TYPO3-english] Extension for 301 redirects

The regarding (old) URL is: 
http://www.thomas-hotel.de/eng/skripte/index.php?pid=7&lid=13 which 
results from the cms the site formerly ran on.

I set up:
URL: eng/skripte/index.php?pid=7&lid=13
Redirect to: http://www.thomas-hotel.de/anfrage/
301: YES

When calling the old URL I get "Error! Reason: Segment "eng" was not a 
keyword for a postVarSet as expected!"

And "Last Referrer" is still empty.

Why does my redirect not work?

I defined another redirect:

URL: arrangements/personal-shopping/
Redirect To: 
http://www.thomas-hotel.de/arrangements/persoenliche-stil-und-outfitberatung-bei-cj-schmidt/
301: YES

This works. Weired..
