[TYPO3-english] phpmyadmin- Class 't3lib_div' not found

Hello List,

i have installed latest version of phpmyadmin. on clicking the module it
gives me follwing error :
*Fatal error*: Class 't3lib_div' not found in *
/htdocs/typo3conf/ext/phpmyadmin/modsub/index.php* on line *176*

i saw this thred http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=9671 , but reloading
backend doesn't change anything.
pls suggest.
