[TYPO3-english] IE Death March Example

You either are able to handle CSS in routine base or not. If not it will 
take you more time. Is that right to ask your clients for your inability?
Let me set this straight. CSS is an honorable job like implementing 
TYPO3. Some can do both, but some can do TYPO3 very good and a bit CSS 
or vice versa. Respect for both!
