[TYPO3-english] directmail and styles

Hi Katja

im not sure if it can help you, but i have had a great help from the new 
extension css2inline, which converts style from a file.css to inline 
styles on the fly; very cool extension which means we can develop our 
newsletter with an external stylesheet and let the css2inline do the rest.
