[TYPO3-english] EXT:WFQBE - How to insert subrecord?

Hi all,

i would like to use WFQBE for a very small database to manage a list of 'documents' with 'notes'. 
So i've set up 2 main pages for a list of 'documents' with a detail link for every 'document'. 
The second page is a detailed view of the selected 'document' with a list of notes with a 
reference to the document.

Now i would like to put an insert-form on the second page to provide a mechanism to the fe users to
insert new 'notes' to the selected 'document'. But on insert i always get errors like "Query failed (uid=6)", 
"Query failed (uid=7)" because the needed document-id is not provided by the insert form. 
Unfortunately i couldn't get the value for the doc_Id

- 'Redirect parameters' of the Insert Plugin doesn't work
- Get value from param in insert query doesn't work (what param?)

The name of the necessary field is 'doc_id'. Does anybody have a solution or workaround for this problem?
