[TYPO3-english] 5 last updated pages content element

Hi everybody,

I found lots of good typoscript to create a menu or other cool stuff of 
the last upddated pages. My problem is now, I only want the information 
as a content element on one single page and not somewhere in my 
template. Do you guys have any idea how I can get the typoscript to be 
shown in a content element?
