[TYPO3-english] permissions query

Hi
 
I have a VPS
 
TYPO3 source in ROOT of the VPS
 
Dummy's in domain roots /www/
 
When I add a new extension it makes it as nobody:nobody and it doesn't work.
I have to manually chown it.
 
I want to save it as user:user in each domain /www/typo3conf/ext/
 
Someone suggested suEXEC but it is defunked now, another was suPHP, but that
won't do it.
 
Any suggestions or can't it be done?
