[TYPO3-english] Regarding TS to inherit template from root page

Hi Sourav!

there is no TS code needed as TS ist inherit from to topmost page
or to state it better: typo3 goes up the rootline until it finds a  
complete TS setup

to make any modification (e.g. adding static extention templates) just use  
an ext. template which is offered as the last choice on page if it does  
not yes have a TS setup (in the Web>Template module)
