[TYPO3-english] Regarding TS to inherit template from root page

Hi

I am new to typo3

1) I wanted to know what is the TS code which can be used to inherit the
template from the root page of the site.
Is there any code to do the same?
2) Also how to include static template of an extension in a page if the
page is inheriting the template from the parent page.
